How to Clean Raw Bird’s Nest Quickly and Carefully

Cleaning raw bird’s nest

1. Soak the nest in clean water until the strands loosen.
2. Place it on a white plate and remove feathers with dedicated tweezers.
3. Rinse gently through a fine sieve and repeat until clean.
4. Drain well, portion and refrigerate briefly or freeze for later use.

Double-boil the cleaned nest gently for 20–30 minutes. Avoid prolonged high heat, which can soften the strands excessively.
