Available payment methods are displayed when an order is completed.

Bank-transfer and online-payment orders are processed after successful confirmation. Keep your receipt and include the correct order reference.
3. Prices and charges
The amount shown before submission includes products, shipping and valid discounts. Review the total and currency before confirming.
4. Failed or duplicate transactions
For a failed, duplicate or incorrect transaction, provide the order code and payment evidence so we can investigate with the payment provider.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through an appropriate method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
