Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thuy Tien Bird’s Nest delivers to the address provided by the customer and confirms applicable costs before the order is finalised.

1. Delivery coverage

Delivery is available where supported by our carriers. Remote, island or restricted locations may require additional time or have limited services.

Fees depend on destination, weight, dimensions, order value and carrier policy. The final fee is shown or confirmed with the order.

Delivery time begins after order confirmation and is an estimate. Holidays, weather, emergencies or carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Inspect packaging, quantity and products on receipt. Record damaged, wet, incomplete or incorrect parcels with the courier and contact us promptly.

The carrier may attempt contact several times. Incorrect details, failed contact or unjustified refusal may result in return and redelivery charges.

Customers are responsible for accurate recipient names, phone numbers and addresses. Changes must be provided before handover to the carrier.
